Initiatives to Protect the Environment
We implement an environment-friendly approach in order to balance the maintenance of the rich global environment and business activities by introducing earth-friendly amenities and hotel facilities as well as going paperless, among other things.
- ・Initiatives to Recycle Food and Reduce Food Loss
- ・Initiatives for earth-friendly hotel facilities, including the use of the district heating and cooling (DHC) system and the shift to the use of LED lights
- ・Implementation of eco-cleaning and introduction of eco-friendly equipment and amenities
Initiatives to Contribute to
the Local Community
We promote contribution activities for the local community in order to provide safe and comfortable stays to our customers by cleaning the surrounding area of the hotel, accepting interns, conducting on-the-job trainings, and more.
- ・Beautification activities such as cleaning of the hotel’s surrounding area and participation in the planting activities in the neighborhood
- ・Contribution to regional/environmental activities, including the introduction of LUUP (shared e-scooter and e-bicycle service) and installation of electric vehicle charging station
Initiatives to Ensure Safety
and Security
We contribute to the realization of a spiritually rich society where everyone can live comfortably in peace by securing and managing disaster stockpile and meeting the needs of those with food allergies.
- ・Securement/management of disaster stockpile and implementation of periodic trainings by the fire defense organization for self-protection
- ・Provision of barrier-free facilities, such as accessible rooms and barrier-free bathrooms
Initiatives to Create
a Pleasant Working Environment
In order to create a workplace that enables employees to work with peace of mind, we take various initiatives,
including an introduction of employee award systems and employment of foreign nationals.
