Precautionary matters
* One night's stay is from check-in to 14:00 on the check-out date.
* The displayed fee is including consumption tax.
* Customers staying at the hotel can use it at a special fee of ¥2,000 (including consumption tax) per stay. Please pick up the "service ticket" at the front desk.
Please note that the facility may be very crowded depending on the time of use, and even if you wish to enter in the morning of the day of your stay, you may not be able to enter depending on the conditions the day before.
* Guests using a restaurant or bar should pick up a “service ticket” at the cashier of the restaurant or bar you visit.Please note that we do not accept parking reservations.
* Please note that you can't use both the "Service Ticket" exclusively for guests staying at the hotel and the "Service Ticket" that will be handed over at the facility inside the hotel.
* Depending on the situation, we may refuse parking for customers other than those staying at the hotel. We appreciate your understanding.
* For guests staying at the hotel, if you come to the front entrance at 2F when you arrive by car, we can keep your luggage.
* If you are staying at the hotel and you are using a truck, bus or some other vehicle that cannot enter the underground parking lot, we will guide you to the space on the 1st floor of the hotel.
Parking fee is ￥5,000 yen per night. (Advance reservation required, limited number of slots available)
